Welcome to The Naga Head Hunters. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Product Safety & Disclaimer

Our sauces contain extremely hot peppers (including Bhut Jolokia / Ghost Pepper).
Consumption, handling, and use of our products are entirely at your own risk.

We are not liable for:

  • allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • injuries, illness, or discomfort caused by spicy ingredients

  • misuse, overconsumption, or improper handling

  • sharing, gifting, or repackaging the product

By purchasing, you acknowledge full responsibility for any consequences.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
Orders are processed once payment has been completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
We do not store or control payment data – all payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other third-party gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time: 1 business day
Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers

  • lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the sealed, unopened product and packaging.

4. Returns & Refunds

For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of sealed, unopened, unused bottles within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • opened or used products

  • taste, heat level, or personal preference

  • incorrect addresses

  • change of mind

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged items may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not offer cash refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • direct, indirect, or incidental damages

  • reactions or injuries resulting from consumption

  • misuse or mishandling of the product

By purchasing, you release us from any claims related to product use.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order.
We do not sell your data.
