We only accept returns of unopened and unused bottles within 14 days of delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be sealed, unopened, and in its original condition.

You must contact us at info@thenagaheadhunters.com

with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Taste, heat level, or personal preference

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Change of mind

If the product arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the sealed, unopened product and packaging within 48 hours.

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer cash refunds.
